With the summer holiday fast approaching, here are some fun 4th of July themed drinks you can try out at your backyard barbecues and summer parties!

Cherry Bomb Mimosas

(Serves 4)

Ingredients:

    • 1 c. pineapple juice
    • 1/4 c. maraschino cherry juice (from the jar of cherries)
    • 1 bottle champagne
    • Orange slices, for garnish

Directions

  • In champagne flutes, combine pineapple juice and maraschino cherry juice. Top off with champagne and garnish with an orange slice

ETHAN CALABRESE

Bomb Pop Cocktails

(Serves 4)

Ingredients:

    • Something Sparkling – champagne, prosecco or even sparkling water like La Croix would all work for this recipe!
    • Bomb Pops – you can make your own or buy classic Bomb Pops from the grocery store. Just make sure they are red, white and blue.

Directions

  • Just before serving, place popsicles in glasses and top with the sparkling beverage of choice. Serve right away!

Mermaid Lemonade

ETHAN CALABRESE

(Serves 4)

Ingredients:

    • 2 c. ice
    • 1/4 c. blue curaçao
    • 1 c. white rum
    • 2 c. lemonade
    • 4 lemon slices
    • 8 maraschino cherries

Directions

  • Put 1/4 cup ice in each glass, then add a splash of blue curaçao, 1/4 cup rum, and another 1/4 cup ice. (The ice helps with the ombré.) Pour over 1/2 cup lemonade.
  • Skewer a lemon slice and 2 maraschino cherries on a paper umbrella or toothpick and garnish drinks before serving.

Red, White, & Blue Slushy

(Serving size varies)

Ingredients:

    • Blue Slush Layer
      • 2 cups of ice
      • 2 oz. Blue Curacao
      • 1 cup homemade lemonade
      • Blend together until smooth. Store in freezer until ready to build your cocktail.
    • White Slush Layer
      • 2 cups of ice
      • 2 oz. Smirnoff Red, White & Berry Vodka
      • 1 cup homemade lemonade
      • Blend together until smooth. Store in freezer until ready to build your cocktail.
    • Red Slush Layer
      • 1 ¼ cups of strawberries, quartered
      • 2 oz. Smirnoff Red, White & Berry Vodka
      • ¼ cup of homemade lemonade
      • Blend together until smooth. Store in freezer until ready to build your cocktail.

Directions to layering your cocktail:

    • Pick your favorite highball glass or mason jar. Take the blue slush layer and add to the lower 1/3 of the glass. Take the white slush layer and add to the middle 1/3 of the glass. Take the red slush layer to the top 1/3 of the glass. Serve immediately or store in freezer until ready to serve.

Firecracker Cocktail

(Serves 1)

Ingredients:

    • 1 cup partially crushed ice
    • 1 shot Monin raspberry syrup
    • 1 shot pineapple vodka
    • 1 shot Torani blue raspberry syrup

Directions

  • In a clean champagne glass, pour in in the red Monin raspberry syrup.
  • Fill your glass with ice all the way to the top.
  • Next, add in the shot of pineapple vodka. It’s important to note here that you could sub in a flavored vodka of your choice, but I really love how the raspberry and pineapple pair together!
  • When you’re ready to serve, top off with a shot of Torani blue raspberry syrup and serve to your guests…or to yourself!

Red, White, & Boozy Margaritas

(Serves 2)

Ingredients:

    • Red Layer
      • 3 c. ice
      • 2 oz. silver tequila
      • 1 oz. triple sec
      • 2 oz. grenadine
    • Blue Layer
      • 3 c. ice
      • 2 oz. silver tequila
      • 1 oz. triple sec
      • 2 oz. blue curaçao
    • White Layer
      • 3 c. ice
      • 2 oz. silver tequila
      • 1 oz. triple sec
      • 2 oz. lime juice

Directions to layering your cocktail:

    • Make a red layer: blend all ingredients and divide evenly into two glasses.
    • Repeat with a blue and white layer and serve immediately.
